Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.

Customers are required to present the original sales invoice and credit card used for payment upon returning the goods in person, to any of our outlets in exchange for a new item of the same model. If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, customers can choose any products from this site and pay the price difference only.

Shipping is on us for orders over HK $2000. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of its placement, except Mondays.Usually it takes 7-14 days for delivery after payment.

Local orders are shipped by Gogovan. We count on SF’s reliable service to make sure your order runs as smoothly as our coffee.

SF Express delivers to your desired address or EF Locker, SF Store and SF Partner locations. For home or work addresses, check SF’s coverage area. Track and check the progress of your order easy, use the waybill number ( i.e 852XXX ) provided and click here to proceed tracking.
